Future of Writing '26

So much has changed since our last Future of Writing Symposium (2023).  The waves of Generative AI that were just starting to lap the shore have arrived in the full tsunami tide. That's why we are so grateful for these artists who have created works that push us beyond the AI hype, that resonate with original text that has not been flattened and pressed into milquetoast sameness.  They are wrestling with the technology, dancing with it, drinking wine with it, and then leaving it in a stupor holding the tab. These artists are renegades and visionaries, who share playful and poignant offerings for our reflection and enjoyment.
